    We strive to achieve our initial ideas.
    Our four co founders, Bao Xinjin, Gong Guolong, Bao Xinjian, and Liu Xuzhi, all come from STEM backgrounds and have similar work experiences. Among them, Bao Xinjin and Gong Guolong have worked together for many years, and because they share the same work philosophy, they sympathize with each other. So in 2017, they established Tashi IoT Company in Hangzhou and launched the IoT brand - Tashi, followed by the sensor brand - Yishi.

    We initially did not establish a comprehensive standardized process, so our four founders spent a lot of time thinking, reflecting, and summarizing. After rational exploration and scientific verification, we have developed multiple processes such as "Tashi Product Project Research and Development Testing Process", "Tashi Supply Chain Management Process", and "Product Internal Training Process", and continuously iterated and improved them. The establishment of these processes enables departments to work more collaboratively and smoothly, even if it is harsh, they must listen, because only in this way can they go further and better.
    Our story is still ongoing, and our exploration has not stopped.
